Excellent upload. There's a couple of things you can do:
if you have a big hard drive with many files, SETUP will do a previous version check, going thru the entire drive! Edit INSTALL.INF and comment out that check using semi-colons, like so:

;GetPrevVerSize()
Also, this version was released by Symantec, but in the installer, is an option to set up this file manager as XTREE, or Central Point style interface. Again, edit the SETUP.INF file:

switch01=FALSE ;PCTW File Manager 3.0
Both entries are near the top of the INF file - they won't be hard to find.
