Previously known as NBI Legend, NBI Legacy is a frame based word processor that behaves more like a desktop publisher. It is for Windows 3.x, and was tested in Windows 3.0. Later versions of this were sold as WordStar for Windows. If it asks for a serial number, you can just use zeros, it doesn't care.
