EvoKeys is one of the better hotkey programs I have found. I have tested it on a Win XP virtual machine and it is very easy to use. It is a setup program that I put on a virtual floppy, but I am sure it would work as an .iso image to use as a CD. It Requires Win98 or later plus .NET Framework 2.0, Windows Installer 3.1 & IE 6. When I ran it, it installed .NET Framework 2.0.
