Just copied these Win 3.1 files to my dosbox c: drive and started with Windows.bat. Windows 3.11 started up with Program Mgr. Played several games and got sounds to work.
Seems to be a memory leak, however, as after running a few programs, start getting the "Not enough memory" error, even with programs that originally ran ok.
Not a bad emulation. Probably just takes a bit of tweaking.
