This is a "branded" edition of IE5, by some entity called Cintek. When you install it, you will get an error message about not being able to find "ie5_38x38ani_new.bm" (yes, a long file name). The file (a .bmp) is inside BRANDING.CAB, but is not critical to the installation; just skip it. This version's homepage is set to some no-longer-existent web page. Other than that, it seems to work fine. Just keep in mind IE5 is too old to render most websites today.
