I can confirm that this is Microsoft Excel 4.0a. And I appreciate that the uploader used the exact correct version number instead of just posting it as 4.0. My only minor complaint is that the archive contains compressed image files in self-extracting EXE format. So you have to open them up 1 by 1 in WinImage and re-save them as VFD or IMG files. That's a lot of trouble just to save 750 kilobytes.
