Try using the Dos 5 version with Windows XP not the built in Dos 8 version it's not working in that version. If it doesn't work either, maybe those files are a little corrupted or you may have a bug in your path to fix.
I think those files are 16 bits and should run only in the Dos not in Windows XP or newer version. I could extract them with WinRAR in my Windows XP, hope this helps. :¬)
