Description:SmartSuite is an office suite from Lotus Software. SmartSuite is in maintenance mode, and supported with fixes and fixpacks on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. SmartSuite is not officially supported by IBM on versions of Windows after XP, but it does work well on both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Vista and of Windows 7, if the installer and applications are run with XP compatibility mode set for the executable files. IBM has no plans to release an official Windows 7-compatible version of SmartSuite.

Amazingly, this installed straight into Windows 11 Pro version 23H2 and seems to work perfectly so far!
Steps I took to install:
1) Download all three files
2) Extract Lotus SmartSuite 9.8 - Int English.zip (which will also require the Lotus SmartSuite 9.8 - Int English.z01 file)
3) Run the extracted Lotus Smartsuite 9.8 - Int English.exe file
4) Extract Fix6_1 - InternationalEnglish.zip and run the extracted exe file to apply the fix.
Worked nicely for me. A thousand thanks to the uploader!

The .z01 file is not a fake. It's a part zip. I was able to extract it using WinRAR - extract the .zip first, then it asks for the .z01 during the process.
Extracted program installs without issue on a Windows XP virtual machine.
