This file was about the OS which was originally developed and distributed by Radio Shack since 1980 (up until 1991) - the well known PC with the Deskmate was Tandy 1000HX.

Its a pre MSWorks type of program.
Came out with the Tandy 1000 at the dawn of the PC age. Has a little spreadsheet, a little text prog, a drawing prog and a couple of others. Hope this helps.
