This archive appears to be a PKZIP "backup set". It seems most modern zip utilities don't recognize that as a valid zip format. Copy the files together and run pkzipfix and it will work.

then using powerarc's command line PAFIX (part of PowerArchiver's command line package (free download] to fix the resulting file.
