Small addition: The aaf file you get after unpacking the RAR is a disk image (1.44 Mb) so if you rename it to aaf.IMG you can mount it in an emulator. Opening aaf with 7-zip also works, 7-zip recognizes this as a FAT structure and will 'unpack' whats on the floppy

This file unzips to a file called "aaf" - without an extension. It needs to have the extension added to it - ".zip", as it is actually aaf.zip - zipped within a zip file called "aaf.zip"! So, after unzipping it, and adding the extension ".zip" to it, you can do a further unzip and it will decompress into a folder "aaf" with 4 installation files.
