There is nothing wrong with either files, but you must download both to successfully install Access 1.1. After downloading both, extract the contents of each, they are already in a folder in the zip file. You need to make the contents be within the same folder. There are some folders labeled, DISK1, DISK2, 3, etc on Part-1. Ignore these. Just make sure the contents of both 'access' folders are in the same folder, then launch setup. Voila, the installation will go just fine.
