Point & Shoot 2.5
Varteck Point & Shoot is a free-form DOS-based menu generator that allows more efficient control the space on the hard disk and use of programs when needed. This version of Point & Shoot features up to 20 main menu items; each of which can be configured to run simple commands, launch programs, execute complex scripts, or set up submenus that can contain up to 20 items each. Point & Shoot is fairly intuitive, but several examples are pre-configured to provide a reference to launching programs and using submenus & scripting. The download includes a virtual floppy image of the files to run the program. To set up Point & Shoot, simply create a new folder on your hard drive (i.e. "MENU") and copy all of the files from the floppy image into the folder you created. Executing the MENU.BAT file will launch Point & Shoot. For ease of use, execute the MENU.BAT file in the last line in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file to automatically run the program at startup.
