From the about page: COM-Watch Professional is a software product that has been developed to enable you to use your Personal Computer as an advanced data analyzer for asynchronous serial data transmission. The user-interface is based on pull down menus and hot keys. COM-Watch Professional can handle data with a baud rate up to 115200 baud. However the actual performance is PC dependent. COM-Watch Professional can use communication port COM1, COM2, COM3 and COM4 of your computer. COM-Watch Professional measures passive at an asynchronous serial communication line, without disturbing the normal communication. COM-Watch Professional provides a context sensitive help facility. This means that help is given for the menu command that is currently selected.
