The name must be "PCIDOS4.EXE" otherwise it will not install the
embedded content, but will work as a CFG driven installer.
From the documentation, page 148:
"Note that once you have used BIND to create an executable file,
you cannot rename the executable."
You can unpack the original CFG: start offset 0x0002258C, end offset 0x00022A69
