This seemed to work ok, 7-Zip unzipped the 5 downloaded disks together into a WS7.DOS directory. I'll know for sure when I get it working (it seems WordStar has to be run under vDOS if its to work under Windows 7).
This site seems very helpful, one of my original WordStar 7 disks can no longer be read and I can restore it from here.
