When the developers were still in a frat house on a sidestreet in Ann Arbor, I was selling insurance or an outfit located at 1945 Pauline Blvd - also in Ann Arbor. Drove there to buy a copy, they said they were looking or investor dollars, so I invested and got a shit-ton of Textra disks with a single 1/2 sheet of photocopied documentation. It was a damn good piece of software.
