This is Borland Turbo Assembler 4.1 from 1996. The file contains TASM.EXE and TLINK.EXE. The latter fails to run because it "Failed to locate protected mode loader (DPMILOAD.EXE)" so it is be incomplete. Also contains a sample program that filters TASM's output for display in Turbo C IDE's message window.
