This game was NOT made by Nintendo! It was made by Mike Wiering. It was just based on Mario Bros. by Nintendo. His distribution of the game comes with the instructions on how to play the game.

I believe I had a 99% percent same game, but it said, it was from Utter Chaos year '95(shareware). And it said, it wasn't a rip from the nintendo game. So I'm not sure, if that game's manufacturer is Nintendo.
