The patch fixes some bugs in the 32-bit DPMI and changes 32rtm.exe to 10/10/94. I used the PATCHX.EXE included from idsoftware Doom dm19spat.zip to apply the patch. It is on their ftp site. apply the patch after powerpack is installed.
