I downloaded Paint Shop Pro 4.12 for use on my windows 10 system, here ,is how to do it without installation errors. The PSP CD was set up so you could use the CD without installing PSP on your hard drive. Here's what to do. Download the complete PSP, it will make two files, one for install and the other holds the complete copy of PSP same as it is on their CD ignore the install folder just find and click on PSP.exe in the PSP folder and it will start and run on windows 10, it just won't let you install, you can even make an icon on your decktop for it.
