Excuse me - I left out that the boot disk to look for is MS-DOS 5.00 - that would match the IO.SYS and MSDOS.SYS included in the Emergency Disk file set.

Nice package. Consists of directories - there aren't any diskette image files. Regarding the 2 "Emergency Disks": Get one of MS-DOS boot disks (found just about everywhere), and slide all the files from each onto it, and you're all set.

No boot sector in bootable emergency disk!
Probably MS-DOS 5.0. If it won't make it boot, try to fiddle with IO/MSDOS.SYS (change from DOS 5 floppy)
