This is the real version. IDK what the other guy was talking about there is MONKEY.EXE in the folder.
It also works with SCUMMVM, which is probably the best way to play it. Though it does work fine in dosbox.
Press F5 to save, load, or quit. Note that the into takes a little while to finish and you have to let it finish before you can load your game.
