What's New help files for version 4.3 are included along with the advertised new functionality. This may be version 4.4 as advertised but it is at least version 4.3.
The included and working license states that it is a "MVR4 Campus Wide Version" . It does not include the original installation files or binaries for other systems like Linux.
This will work from the extracted directory on any Windows computer with WIN32 support, including Windows 11.
