You get the divide overflow error if your computer is too fast. Works best in DOS with a computer running slow (less than 800MHz I think). All files are compatible with fw7 which runs on anything. Email moshe@framework.com if you want any help.

Hi, I have a full original copy of Framework III, disks and all, and a 5.25 floppy drive to read them. needing FW3 to access some old research work, I tried to re-install it, but now I get a "divide overflow" error. What am I doing wrong? It's trying to run on a machine running DOS 6.2, with and AMD Athlon X2 chip and 1GB of memory. Anybody able to help? Regards tim Tim J Carter
