I was able to convert these files to .hpi files using fdio (http://www.hp9845.net/9845/pr​ojects/fdio/) and extract them using 7zip. It's not exactly imaging a floppy but at least you can get the files. If this helps anybody duplicate the floppy please let me know how you did it.
