To Ulrich Laaser: 1) Download and extract http://www.hp9845.net/9845/downloads/software/Teledisk-to-hpi-utility.zip 2) Use i.e. "TD2HPI FOXUNX3" to convert FOXUNX3.TD0 image to HPI format 3) Extract HPI archives by Total Commander or 7zip

I was able to convert these files to .hpi files using fdio (http://www.hp9845.net/9845/projects/fdio/) and extract them using 7zip. It's not exactly imaging a floppy but at least you can get the files. If this helps anybody duplicate the floppy please let me know how you did it.

As noted on the wikipedia page, FoxPro for SCO UNIX 2.6 has even been successfully installed on Linux and FreeBSD using the Intel Binary Compatibility Standard (ibcs2) support library.
