It doesn't boot because IBM DOS only boots in IBM machines like the IBM PC, PC/XT or PC/AT. I wasn't able to install it though, because disks 2 and 3 are 5.25 disks instead of 3.5 and it insists that all disks are inserted one by one in the SAME floppy drive during installation.
