The only limitation is the compiler: the compiler is only 16 bits so the compiled programs don't work on win xp and after.
So you can use CA realizer 3.0 only in interpreter mode on win xp or win 7.
I have also the documentation and all the package of CA Realizer 2.0 (and an update). I have planned to scann the documentation 2.0 (I have not the documentation 3.0)
