This zip contains the "_Patches" folder that contains 4 files, which are not present in:
1) https://vetusware.com/download​/Borland C%2B%2B 3.1/
2) https://vetusware.com/download​/Borlarnand C%2B%2B 3.1 3.1/
The other 160 files are identical (Checked with command prompt "FC /B").

Move all contents of the Diskx-folders to the same folder, delete the Diskx-folders (otherwise installer will stop with "too many dirs") and installation works like a charm.
