This is probably Turbo Pascal 1.00A Turbo Pascal is a famous compiler with an IDE for the Pascal programming language under DOS. As an IDE, it was the first of its kind and now has historical significance. This version was written in Denmark during the early 1980s. Borland licensed the PolyPascal compiler core, written by Anders Hejlsberg and added the user interface and editor. The editor uses Wordstar keys such as: Ctrl+K+D (to exit). The early versions of Turbo Pascal didn't have online help, but it’s possible to use any standard pascal textbook (the original manuals for v.3.0 are on Amazon). Most Quick Pascal code can be compiled by this software with very little alteration. The compiler outputs COM executables that run fast, hence the name ‘Turbo Pascal’.
