Acrobat Reader 1.0 (C)1987-1993 Adobe Systems Incorporated.
Works in dosbox-x. Includes Type 1 fonts and appears to support printing too. I'm going to take a wild guess that it only supports PDF specification 1.0 rather than 1.1 that came in Acrobat Reader 2 (1994). Maybe some modern FOSS conversion utility can still produce PDF 1.0.
