Image Viewing ACDSee is two tools in one.As an image viewer, ACDSee stands unsurpassed in its ability to quickly decode and display many different image formats. High quality output is another advantage of ACDSee, with single and double-pass dithering algorithms which allow you to make optimal use of your display’s capabilities. An important feature is incremental display, whereby images are displayed on the fly as they are decoded. You can scroll, zoom, or use any other function while ACDSee is decoding… which means you’ll spend less time waiting and more time doing. ACDSee also gives you the ability to view a sequence of images automatically, as in a slide show. If you use ACDSee as an image viewing helper application, you can reduce window clutter by configuring ACDSee to show all images in the same window, instead of starting a new program instance for each image.
