I'm sorry, I could fix it extracting all files and making a new ISO with UltraISO! Download, people, it works great!

I could rescue the files from the ISO and made a new one, but a lot of files are damaged and it doesn't boot!

I share the experience of The Placd. I extracted the rar archive with 7-Zip and find the imbeded zip file unusable.
Something is wrong with the methodology. Would someone please provide a proper software sequence to handle the rar archive.
Frankly, I'm not especially interested in the entire OS. It's File Manager I'm after. FM in NT351 supports long file names, which makes it an attractive add on to more "modern" OSes. At times, Windows Explorer is a PITA.

I Extracted The .rar File, When I Try To Extract The .zip Files It Tells Me That The File Is Corrupt. I Have Tryed Windows Explorer, J Zip, And Winzip 12.1. None Will Extract The File.

Contains an ISO file of the original Windows NT 3.51 with the install files for x86 systems as well as MIPS, Aplha, etc. BUT the ISO format is old or non-standard ISO-9660 format. No problem! Open the ISO file with PowerISO and just save it to a new ISO file. PowerISO will make everything OK and let the ISO file be loaded and burned by any CD burning software, WinRAR, etc.
Remember, you can use this CD to make the THREE boot floppies. Google to find the method.
I have installed a Windows NT Worstation from this download and it worked flawlessly on a PIII 1 GHz machine.
Note that drivers for WinNT 3.51 are hard to find and do not exist for newer hardware. You may be forced to by old expansion cards off eBay.
A list of hardware qualified to run WinNT 3.51 exits in the Windows NT 3.51 Hardware Comaptibility List (HCL). Unfortunately, MS has removed every download for WinNT 3.51 from their downloads and Knowledge Base, including the 3.51 HCL. I'll upload the HCL later to VetusWare if I get a chance. Good luck.

a good way to set up nt without making a bootable cd is to boot from the three setup floppy disks and it should detect there is a cd rom and insert the iso image into the virtual drive or use the totally free infarecorder and burn it to cd and insert it and it will install

What is the password of the multi-volume zip archive inside the rar archive?

I downloaded the .rar file, extracted it with 7zip... success. I extracted the .zip file... failed. I downloaded WinZip 11 and installed it, I extracted it with WinZip... success. I tried to use the .ISO directly... failed. I mounted it under daemon tools and remade the .iso file... success.

After extracting with WinRAR the multipart-ZIP file, simply open with WinZip the file WINNT351.ZIP to create the ISO CD image.
I used Magic Iso Maker to open the ISO and EXTRACT all CD files (with pathnames) to a directory: using e.g. Nero results in an empty CD.
Now everything is ready to burn an installation CD...
... but Che Guevara NEVER USED WINDOWS ;-)

Boot using dos Boot Disk or ISO then Use the NT 3.51 CD or ISO (if in Virtual PC) access the CD-rom then type:
cd "system" --System meaning which ever system your using such as I386, Alpha, Risc(PowerPC), etc. IF your unsure of the folder name type
Dir /w /p
For this example it will be installed on an X86 Processor
so to do this, at the Root of the CD Type:
cd I386
then Type
winnt /B:
Then just follow the setup Instructions, The /B: command initializes the Floppyless Install by copying the Boot Disk Files to the Root of your Primary Hard Disk.
So just follow the Instructions and Enjoy

Good plan. I'm thinking its time to try 3.51 server as well! I wish I had unlimited downloads, then I'd have quite a bit more. I do, however have a version of windows not listed on this site. (Windows 3.1 for Workgroups) (NOT 3.11 for workgroups)

OK, that cat did not work for me. What you tried to do with cat was to turn a set of .Znn files into an .iso. Try turning them into a .Z file first!

To guest who says cat doesn't work: cat only works on Linux and FreeBSD. Sorry! Use a program like BurnCDCC on Windows.
Will test it soon and report back when done.
