To get this working you need to boot from DOS (I used FreeDOS). IT IS NOT AN ISO.

this will work on a 386 which is the lowest system requirements for windows 95 but i will be installing this on a 486 to make 95 fast you will need atleast 8mb ram but 4mb is the lowest which may not make it fast i have 16mb but it only reads 12mb good memorys of windows 95 which is fast
