Don't get confused by the title: "Win 2.11 / DOS 3.30 on Virtual PC VM 2.11". That last 2.11 was added by Vetus - the VM is of course for Virtual PC 2007. It will therefore probably work with VPC 2004 and VPC for Win 7 as well. The VM includes a 10MB VHD which is why the download is quite so big. No problem these days, though!
