As a follow up to my earlier comment, you can use an application called Raw Write Version 0.7 to expand the .IMG to a floppy disk.
Raw write works under W9x W2K XP. I found it via Google as rawritwwin-0,7.zip. The author lists a URL at
uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~in/linux so you might find it there too.

Okay I have a .7z file that can be expanded... but what do I do with the .IMG files ? I assume these are the equal of one .IMG per floppy as each is 1.4Mb in size. It doesn't seem that setup.exe will know what to do with a .IMG so there must be another step to expand an image file. ALL 7Zip shows me is something named HEADER.SCR
