Description:a programing shell for ibm pc basica made by James K Fugate, came with the book he wrote "Programing Tools for the IBM PC" UPON READIN IT IT LOOKS PROMISING, but so far unable to load program from basica "Path Not Found in 910 (qc128.bas) & in 1070 (qc64.bas) upon reading the book that came with the 5/4" floppy, it looks neat as hell

Seems to work. The error you get is because it only supports being run from the root directory of the drive. So create a floppy and put it in the root directory of the floppy, and it works fine. (Possibly was written for DOS 1.x, in which directories didn't exist; or maybe the author didn't have a hard disk, since people who only used floppies tended not to use directories much even under DOS 2+)
