You want the good news or the bad news first?
The good news, it is all there - sort of. This is LANtastic 7.0, with separate installs for DOS, Windows 3.1 and Windows 95.
The bad news - the download contains 7 floppy images - but they are not images of a LANtastic disk set. Rather, each "image" contains 1 part of a 7 part, self-extracting RAR archive!!!
Once each RAR part is extracted, you can throw the "images" away, they aren't useful, and just another layer to wade thru before you get to the installation files.
Oh, the last bit of negative - the complete install would have included "NTS TCP Pro" which provides the Windows 95 install with a working Windsock for internet connectivity.
But yeah, it will work as a NOS, and includes the serial number too.
