To Ulrich Laaser:
1) Download and extract http://www.hp9845.net/9845/downloads/software/Teledisk-to-hpi-utility.zip
2) Use i.e. "TD2HPI FOXUNX3" to convert FOXUNX3.TD0 image to HPI format
3) Extract HPI archives by Total Commander or 7zip

I was able to convert these files to .hpi files using fdio (http://www.hp9845.net/9845/projects/fdio/) and extract them using 7zip. It's not exactly imaging a floppy but at least you can get the files. If this helps anybody duplicate the floppy please let me know how you did it.
