Developed by Westwood Studios, which was best known for its Command and Conquer series, Circuit's Edge was published by Infocom in 1989, at a time when Activision had to reduced the company to little more than a publishing label for others' games. This was just shortly before Activision shut Infocom down for good. The game itself is enjoyable, invoking a somewhat credible dystopian atmosphere.
