I got an error message about a ".bif file could not be found." I went to the windows\ and found the only .bif file there and deleted it, and upon reinstalling and restarting WordPerfect, the problem went away.
Also, the spelling used in this program suggests it's a UK version rather than US. I'm not so sure that's a big deal, but it could maybe affect the spelling in the templates or formatting if the UK people have different conventions than US documents.
